CoMi Pet Grooming began with two little dogs who mean the world to us — Coffee and Mini. Like many pet parents, we know how much love, worry, and care go into every decision for them. We remember wondering if they would feel nervous during grooming, if they would be handled patiently, and if they would be treated with the same kindness we give them at home.

We created CoMi because we wanted a place where pets are not rushed, not pressured, and never treated like just another appointment. A place where they can take their time, feel comfortable, and slowly build trust. We believe grooming should feel gentle, calm, and reassuring — especially for pets who may feel unsure, sensitive, or simply need a little extra patience.

Inspired by refined Asian fusion styling, we focus on soft, balanced silhouettes that enhance your pet’s natural charm while always prioritizing comfort first. Every detail is approached thoughtfully, from soothing baths and careful hand drying to delicate face shaping, tidy paws, and clean finishes that look elegant yet natural.

The story and care behind CoMi

CoMi Pet Grooming is proudly owned and operated by Ana and Desmond, along with our two beloved furry family members, Coffee and Mini. The name “CoMi” was inspired by the first initials of Coffee and Mini, who are at the heart of everything we do.

CoMi is a small, family-owned salon built on love for animals and appreciation for the local community. As pet owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your dog. They are not just pets — they are family members, companions, and part of everyday life.

Coffee and Mini remind us every day why gentle care matters. Coffee is sensitive and prefers a slower introduction, while Mini happily enjoys the attention. Through them, we learned that every pet has their own personality, comfort level, and pace — and that grooming should always respect that.

Ana continues to refine her grooming skills through ongoing education and hands-on experience, always learning ways to improve comfort, safety, and styling quality. Grooming is not only a profession for us, but something we genuinely care about and take pride in.
